Welcome to Coppice Primary School

Coppice Primary and Nursery School is a friendly, hard working school situated in Marlpool in the suburbs of Heanor, overlooking Shipley Park.

Our school provides a vibrant, welcoming and safe place for children to learn and play in, with a strong emphasis on valuing individuals whilst nurturing a positive community spirit. The school has extensive grounds that include grassy areas, a wildlife area and a well resourced playground, including tyre park, trim track and climbing wall.

We are extremely proud of all that goes on here, and as our website demonstrates, the children at Coppice are supported in their learning by dedicated staff, governors and parents.
